My best educated guess is daily driver surviveability of the stock automatic transmission.
From a business standpoint I can understand KW not wanting to go high boost(or even mid-boost) if the stock A/T transmission won't hold up in the long run. Granted one of our FitFreakers successfully did it with his car but that's just one guy(and I'm crazy jealous too!
)...not enough to slap the KW name on a kit.
If an upgrade existed(maybe it already does?) to make the A/T stronger, I'm guessing it would be a different ball game.
Once again, this is MY OPINION! I could be totally wrong.
