Power Locks Issue

Hoping to get some help here with my newly acquired 2008 Honda Fit. The power lock switch inside will lock all the door but won't unlock them. I pulled the doors arm rest cover and checked the wiring going to the switch. There are three wires. The center is ground. One wire shows power and the other does not. Does anyone have any idea where the problem is coming from as the one wire not showing power should show power as well. I also checked that wiring at the connector by the drivers kick panel and it's the same. Not sure where to go from here. When operating the doors key lock from the outside, everything works fine. Turn the key to close - all the locks close. Turn the key to open - on the second turn of the key - all the locks open. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the master switch? Has it been replaced under recall?

If recall has not been completed (you can check it from Honda site), schedule appointment with dealer at your convenience. They will put new master switch for free (that's what most recent recall calls for)
If after that problem persists proceed with troubleshooting
