2008 Electrial Issues

Our Fit is experiencing electrical gremlin issues. Does a 2008 Fit Sport have a body control module?

Thing not working.......
interior above courtesy light (checked with a meter and no 12v)
radio is not working and no clock display
cannot adjust gauge/dash light brightness
headlight and fog icons not illuminating in the speedometer but, all outside lights work
open the drivers door, headlights on, the warning bell doesn't sound

Things not working, then working, then not working.....
power door locks
ignition bell when key is in the ignition switch
key fob with a known good battery
cannot lock all doors with the driver door switch or key fob

All blade fuses are not blown.......

Please help and thank you!

I changed my battery, and now I have the exact same issue! Do you know what was the cause?

Just watched a YouTube video and found all these issues was a 10a fuse in the fuse block in the engine compartment. Solved all these issues.
