Doors auto-lock on 2008 Fit Sport M/T - when I'm not in the car!

I have a 2008 Fit Sport M/T. I don't think the doors ever auto locked before. On a recall, I had the master lock switch replaced. Now, when the door closes, the doors lock. I noticed when I went to warm up the car. I got out of the running car (in Neutral w/ebrake on) and closed the door. To my horror, I heard all the doors lock - with the key inside and the car running. I didn't have a second key, it took a couple of hours to get to Honda and have them make a new spare.

Anyway, this never happened before, happens all the time now. I can get out of the running car and close the door. I asked Honda about this because I never had a problem until the switch was replaced. They told me that couldn't be the problem and that since it's electrical, they could try to diagnose the problem but it'll cost a few hundred just to track down the problem. Has this happened to anyone? It acts like it should for an A/T when you move the car out of park. Is there any part or switch that I might have that's for an A/T when it should be for an M/T. Thanks for any help!

Never heard about this before... I do know that my 2010 Fit A/T will lock by itself if I unlock it but don't actually open any of the doors after 20 or so seconds.
