5 Lug Conversion

I know it's been covered a million times, but I can't find it.

What is the most efficient way to convert to 5 lug on a GD3?

Front is hubs and rotors. But form what donor car?

In the rear, does it require upgrading to disks? I have read that the E-brake doesn't work as well after converting to discs. Does this have to be the case?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
