Hmmmm, no definate conclusion with that link.

 

I believe the 09+ Fits use the same steering wheel that the 8th gen Civics use. The three spoke one that you have pictured there, that is, not that horrible two spoke abomination. Therefore, if it doesn't fit directly I'd hazard a guess that it wouldn't be too difficult to modify to make it fit.
