July issue of Car/Driver showing the Fit some love...

Got the new Car and Driver July 2009 issue today and they did a comparison on the new Honda Insight, Toyota Prius, Chev Metro. After giving the Honda Insight a good review at the end of the article the writer states, "But if you're hellbent on a practical Honda, we know one that's cheaper, quicker, roomier, and still managed an observed 31 mpg; the Honda Fit Sport". Could the rest of the world finally be opening up their eyes to the benefits of a Fit!

Hahaha! Who needs hybrids when the GE8 can sip gas just as well AND carry a "small black hole" at the back?

Even though they admit to driving the Insight like "Gary Busey" The mileage is a little bit of a downer. I would have liked to see the Insight equal the Prius for MPG, would make it a more compelling option IMO. I wouldn't trade out of my Fit for anything, especially not when I've been getting 40 MPG! And I loooove the fact that they included an old shit-box Metro just for kicks I LMAO at the description of the "amenities"
