Weird braking sound

So i braked suddenly tonight because the cross walk flipped on and when i braked for the 2nd time, i have this weird wobble/dragging braking sound from what i think is the drivers side disc.

At first i was thinking stone but it doesnt have the high pitch drag sound and i dont hear any sound when im actually driving without engaging the brake (thank g.o.d.)

Any ideas?

I did experienced that too, I thought it's the pads but I'm not sure anybody that knows anything about this would be much appreciated.
I do have 40k miles on the car I'm thinking of changing the pads now.

My caliper has disconnected from my brake pad and is touching my rim on my drivers side. Pretty sure it rubbed off my wheel weights....Awesome!
