What did you do to the GD Fit today?
I can remember when Big Mike first got Mzfit and started modding and everyone who ever posted in his pic threads said the same thing, "Looks good, needs a drop" "Great work, needs a drop" "Lookn nice, needs a drop" I give the man a ton of credit he resisted the temptation for far longer than I did! And trust me, a little is never enough, eventually you will be tempted to go LOWER.

We Have a Winner Ladies & Gentlemen.
So I washed the MzFiT tonight and use Eagle One Superior NANO WAX Spray, and what a great product! Really shines No residue use spray and wipe Vinny w/ that Purple you have WOW! This would really be a great detailer. less than $7.00 @ Autozone. and I understand the Eagle gel nano wax is even better. We know that the Ultimate Detailer from Meguiars is 10.00+ and this beat that stuff up in the 1st round. the paint feels like it was clay and wax and from start to stop 15 minutes. Get it on plastic and it look better too. Eagle recommends microfiber towels to buff it out with. I'm keep'n this in the Fit @ all times
.
:x Kat u'll luv this stuff! Pull into the show and spray alittle bit and watch the competition come over to ur spot! to ask what ya got there.
Enjoy Friends,
Big Mike

Hell , I have been dragging or scraping something on this car since I brought it home in July 2006.....@ Perrenaud Fit. Mikey, you will have to remove the air shocks with the dropped springs or the rear springs will fall on the ground when you air them up or jack up the rear end
B your one of the people I think a lot of when it comes to modd'n a Fit esp. suspension and wheels. But You also said something that made me think about the Fit Modding in general and I know I feed off other people's ideas and then that idea someone else came up w/ make me say wow that's cool but if i do this way instead, or go on ebay and just look for ideas that's where I came up w/ the vent lights Audi + Leds = cool mod for less than 5.00 and that's the part I like
"The Home of the Cheap Mod" that's me! my new shoes and drop less than 7 large ones. And that's were I bugged Btha and Hootie to death w/ offset and springs (thanks brothers) But that's what I enjoy the most here is when I get a message about something I've done and someone wants info or just conversation about it. That's what creates friendships and that is the reward of being a FF'r. And driving a car peps scratch their heads when they see them trying to figure out why it's such a cool Lil Kar.
Thanks to Vinny, Btha, Hootie, Tex, K.C., D.S.M., Jay r and many, many more.
Can't wait to see what'z next!

That being said I might think about a way to tether the springs to the perches just to be doubly sure they won't go anywhere. I scrape like hell with just springs BTW and I've got coil-overs coming! I want to see if I can snag my suspension on a manhole cover like Ray did (that man redefined the idea of too low for a dd)
Hey, Dee I don't think he will have an issue as long as he doesn't go SUPER high with the air shocks. Before I cut my Skunk2 springs they couldn't be pried out of the perches unless the rear shock lower bolts had been removed. After I cut them, well that is another story

T1R blue stitch shift boot, T1R blue stitch e-brake cover, JDM hazzard button (yes, I did it the cheater way. Broke the front off the old one, Jammed 2 flat head screwdrivers in and pulled it out with needle nose plyers) 15 min total for all 3 accessories.
Next: D1 spec throttle controller, rims, tires.

Nice! Are those Brembo's blanks or drilled?
I have the Hawk/Brembo/Motul combo in the race car! Make sure you bed them and you will love it.. as long as your tires can take advantage of your new stopping power!
The one time I really had to get on it they brought me back from triple digits so quick my face felt like it had distorted!
