Not easy. The hairs often penetrate into the fabric and a vac just doesn't get them all. I have to clean mine once a week. First of all, I only use the area where the back seats are and keep the magic seats in the tall position. I then cover the entire floor area with an old quilt. The quilt contains a lot of the hair. For the hairs that are left, I use one of those sticky rolling lint removers. Then I grab a beer, sit in the back and pull out any remaining hairs with my fingers. lol

3M lint removers/rollers do the job, sort of... But man, white dog hair and black interior is not a good combo. Put something over your interior next time before the dogs climb in... Or keep them out of the car...

Another thing that also works well for me is some masking/packing tape. Just tear off a piece and start patting down the seat.

Try a slightly damp wash towel. I do that to get lint and cat hair off my seats.

You bet I did.

The only thing that I should have realized, since these ARE JDM, is that they were made solely for the rhd Fit. Once I sat in the car after the install, I noticed that the view wasn't that great...

It's not a big problem though, it'll just take some time to get used to. Still hella JDM though

NICE! As far as the mirrors, maybe the wide view mirrors that Spoon makes could fix that... then again, those are most likely made for the RHD Fit/Jazz.

Already ahead of you, I placed an order for them a few days ago with a bunch of other stuff from AJ-Racing. Shipping takes forever with them though...

I hope the Spoon blue glass helps with the view.

Can't you switch out the USDM mirrors into the JDM mirrors?

The USDM glass is actually bigger than that of the JDM ones so it wouldn't fit.

I'm just hoping the wide angle Spoon mirrors help out.

Anyone else with JDM side mirrors? What did you guys do?

We hit our 3rd show for 2012 at Holly Gray Park in Flatswood. It was the first time this car forum had put on a show and there were a ton of classic cars some really nice ones! They were only giving out 30 Top Trophies and there were over 42 cars that showed up. We were pleasantly surprised when they pulled a Honda S2K, Rod's Honda Accord and my Honda Fit to get a trophy. Makes number 23! One of the guys on the team judging cars asked me a question, he said, "How many hours do you spend cleaning this engine bay?" I told him since it was my daily - lots! He said he really could not believe it was daily with an engine bay that clean.

The jacked up truck makes my car look really small! LOL!
