so tempted to do red door inserts like those! really nice. i found out what has been rattling, heat shield around the cat has rusted and is loose. so i can either use worm clamps around it, or just get a megan downpipe. but is it posintless to replace if i only use axle back exhaust?

Did a gas mileage test on my GD with shifting between 2500-3500rpms and was pretty happy with the results. This was on a full tank of gas (Around $45 of V-Power).

My brother was driving and rear ended someone. Put a nasty dent in the hood. I got a custom fit bra and I live it. Yes it will ruin the paint ( both the hood and bumper are already replacement worthy) but it wear great cleans easy and has survived the damage it's received so far. $100 I think

You are correct. I could've gone for more if I stuck to 2500rpm shifting. :| Of course I can't help but vtec it once in a while.

How so? Because of the Type R style door panels? Or because you just don't like the color red?

They look fine to me.

oh wow.... 622km on a single tank?? .. i guess fuel quality does make a difference to mileage... Mine here can only go around 370-400km on a single tank... then again, it's hard to reach high mileage, if you are constantly met with traffic jam....

Yeah, it was pretty hard controlling myself not to shift/rev past 3500rpms. And I think it also helped that I don't use my remote starter anymore to heat up my car because it's already spring here.
And traffic here is retarded on rush hour, so I do feel your pain too.
Try and find out what you can get out of your full tank without shifting past 3k rpms.

622km converts to 386.5 miles, divided by 10.8 gallons = 35.787 mpg = 1 owner!

Installed a new shift knob a friend just gave me. Seems to have made the shifter shorter. Feels a bit smoother. Really liking it so far.
