It looks like I'll be waiting until June for the Weapon R exhaust header to arrive... The weather hasn't been very nice to us old folks with arthritis and hopefully my pain medication will have arrived in town by now... I may have to resort to ethanol/water in the form of Makers Mark if it hasn't arrived.

Here you go dude, it looks so much lower in the flesh.
I need to sort a few things out as it's rubbing like a bitch at the moment.

you shouldn't have much issues with rubbing if you use a high enough spring rate. the problem with cutting springs is that you make a soft spring softer when you cut it because of the heat involved. so now you're bouncing around... on your fenders and fender liners

Thanks dude

It's worth saving for coils rather than cutting the springs, i know it sucks waiting but it's well worth it.

Just tucked my fender liner above the normal position and that's stopped it happening on the front. Gonna have to roll the rear arch the smallest amount as it's just catching the edge of the tyre.

Better side and front shot. Riding a bit low at the back due to having shit loads in the back.

I have a second new set of fender liners to put on since installing coilovers that are adjusted at stock height... The car handles better than it ever has and I'm not constantly wincing when a tire scrapes on body pieces or body pieces scrape the ground.. It's easier to get my old raggedy ass in and out of the car now that the seats are a couple of inches higher.

Are those 16's? Any more info on your coilover set-up? Front and rear drop height, please? The drop is really decent, and I love it. I have a black base GD and white Slips as well, that's why your car grabbed my attention.

nice photos! with just only your wheels and that very nice drop installed, your car is already very "eye catchy"!

Well I'll only going to cut my front tein s tech springs. Maybe just a coil or two. My fit is sitting high at the front, and it looks awkward lol.
But I told my wife that I want coilovers as a gift for my birthday, and she said "what coilovers and how much is that??" and I didn't answer her questions lol

Finally had some time to do some work to the Fit. Nothing super exciting sadly.

Really need to make myself some adjustable end-links though.
