LOL, I'd be all pointing it out and saying like... "That's not related, that's been there, etc." to try to get the costs down. BUT... IF the insurance is covering it and not totaling the car hey by all means.

I did this yesterday.

07 08 Honda Fit Jazz Window Side Visor Rain Guard Smoke Sun Shield JDM 3M Stick | eBay

Bought those and got them 3 days later. They install with 3M tape and at 80 on the freeway there fine. Haven't tested them in the auto wash, but I will soon.

It looks crooked in the pic I took, but they look better in person.

Wassup everybody! It's been awhile since I posted on here. Well to update y'all I don't have the fit anymore. I gave it to my brother & picked up a ej2. It was a dramatic change for me coming from power everything to none at all. But I'm loving it more & more everyday, you appreciate the car more since everything's manual. Keeps you on your feet. Anyways picked it up for 2gs w/ 166xxx miles on it. The previous owner kept up w/ the tune ups & everything. Cars bone stock, virgin d15b7. Only thing after market is the deck & door speakers. Overall car is clean! Just needs a new paint job.

Went to go check her out @ my uncles friends shop.

The day I brought her home.

Before i installed the coilovers; at this point I repainted all the faded trims, mirrors, garnishes & got some front & rear mudguards.

After the coilovers were installed. Didn't adjust them at all, just threw them on right outta the box.

Tried the fit rims on & was gonna use them as dailys till I pick up a set of rims but the steelies didn't clear the fits brakes up front. So that was a bummer..this is how it looked w/ them on though.

Yeah.. I know I could use more low. I went lower after but didn't snap a pic. But overall I love the way she sits & rides now. Paint job will be coming soon, gonna start the body work after I come back from vacation.

Realigned the front wheels' toe settings to stock. For whatever reason, the wheels were at toe-in 0.7 degrees. Made some adjustments and clocked in to about toe-in 0.08 degrees. MUCH better. Traction is back and scary. I was all like

I just received my JDM gas cap decal today. I'll put that on after I wash my car... one of these days...

Ordered:
Project Kics R40 NeoChrome lug nuts (for my Mugen MF10L rims)
JDM roof console
another Mugen reservoir sock
another set of Mugen license plate screws

I'm trying to find someone who's selling the JDM map light. If I can't find anyone by the end of the week, I'll prob just order one from ICB.

You can order just the gap cap decal http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-GAS-LID-STICKER-CIVIC-DC5-ACCORD-FD2-INSIGHT-FIT-DC2-RSX-DELSOL-/200922114582?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec7e42a16.

Or you can order the whole set http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-HONDA-01-07-FIT-WARNING-DECAL-SET-GD1-GD2-GD3-JAZZ-/200922114832?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec7e42b10.

I didn't feel like changing out all my decals so I just got the gas lid one. The guy is legit. It comes straight from Japan and he gives it to you sealed in the Honda plastic bag with part number and everything. Maybe in the future I'll get the whole set...

Installed bumper sidemarkers for my friend's GD
It's a piece of our take at USDM style.
Got it the from our local automotive garage sale.
From what the seller told me, It's a fender sidemarker from a BMW E36 3-series
and they light up too..

(sorry for the crappy phone pics)
