I am reading mix things about Automatic transmission Fluid for my 08 Fit.

I am getting close to 60k..

Should I just drain and fill?

Should I flush? One shop told me if I didn't flush every 15k don't do it.

or Should I leave it for the rest of its life?

I hear Honda Z-1 is ok but amsoil suppose to be better.

If I am going to drain and fill should i stick with Z-1?

It is important flush, especially where there is no filter change out.
While there are some good products out there, I have stayed with the Honda brand, and just passing the 122K mark- no problems
