fair price for windshield replacement?

I need to get the windshield in my wifes '07 Honda Fit base, because a stone chip has progressed into 2 long cracks. I have been quoted $250 for parts, labor and trim molding (Atlanta area). Do you think this is a fair price or am I getting ripped off?

thanks

In the Oregon area, it's only $150-175 all day.

it depends on what manufacturer's glass they will be using:

cheapest aftermarket glass is ~$140-$180 out the door

OEM glass (mid-tier) PPG or PWG for example ~$230-$260 or so

current dealer glass (current dealership/Honda OEM glass) would be the most expensive, i think ~$400 or more
