Odd rubbing noise...

So I have an odd rubbing noise on my '08, 37xxx miles. I can only hear it under 20 mph, it is more prevalent when turning left. It is Nothing on the power train, or brakes as it happens under acceleration, braking, in gear, out of gear, clutch in, clutch out... It does NOT happen when it is wet on the road. I have been into the Honda dealership twice with it, both times they could not reproduce the noise, 2nd time they claim they took the front end apart and inspected everything (yeah right) told me my brakes were in need of new pads and they found some corrosion that was likely the source, and they would take care of that with a brake job, quoted me a fair price so I had them do it... a week later... noise is back. It honestly sounds like a bearing needing lube to me... any help is appreciated... thanks!
