My 2007 Fit seems to be sputtering and seems like a miss around 40-60MPH. Even sometimes at idle it will do it as well. I have changed the oil and filters (air) on a normal bases. The vehicle has a little over 100k, Some forums talk about spark plugs being replaced. Any other ideas before I go spend hundreds of dollars...

 

Sounds like your coil packs need to be changed.

 

Change your plugs. It's about time to change them anyhow. Mine did the same thing about 90K miles. Plugs fixed it.
