Something has fallen apart under the wheel and is grounding when you turn. Pull off the wheel and have a look or take it in to get repaired.

I had had that problem twice on other vehicles. One was a clock spring and the other was s small piece of metal loose that hit the horn contact ring when turning. I've never needed to pull a Fit steering wheel but I suggest you pull yours and take a look.

Is it ok to pull the clock spring off? I have a Momo steering and the horn works only when i turn the wheel in a certain position.

No answer and no time to look, but check this thread if nobody replies:

Reminds me of way back when, 1969, a Sophomore in high school. Had a Rambler American that wouldn't turn left but the horn would go off if you tried.

In your case if you had to use a "boss kit" the contact pointer is probably losing tension and needs to be adjusted closer to the contact wheel. OR the contact wheel is dirty and needs a cleaning so the arm makes contact all the time.

The clock spring is a flexible usually flat cable enclosed in a plastic housing that allows electrical connections on the rotating steering wheel to connect to the fixed steering column. Some of the circuits run through the clock spring are the air bag, horn button(s), cruise control buttons, and steering wheel mounted radio control buttons.

On older cars where we only had a horn button and a clock spring was not used. There was only a single brush spring loaded against a rotating ring since only one circuit for the horn was used on the steering wheel.

Again, I have not replaced a clock spring on a Honda Fit so what I am telling you is based on other vehicle brands out there.

Just rig a dash-mounted horn button. That should fix it.
