Stalling when cold and other problems

2008 Fit Sport 120k

Maybe someone knows what's going on with my wife's Fit. It refuses to drive when cold, it stalls when transmission is switched to drive or reverse. After it gets hot, it seems to run fine. No apparent performance issues. Also, when first started the exhaust has a sulfur smell.

Thanks for your time,

E
