Solid Red blinking light

so I had to remove my car door panels to replace some tapings we had done to the car. well now i have this solid red blinking light that comes on the dash and my car key fob doesn't work anymore. I've checked online and folks say it has to do with security systems and to remove it just press the lock & unlock button on my fob at the same time but that doesn't work.

the car does lock no problem if i press the lock button that is found on the armrest/front seat car door but the buttons doesn't work on my fob.

anyone know what the heck i did to mess up?

update

so its regarding key fob reprogramming? I saw some online videos about turning the key to position II on the ignition and using the other key to hit the lock button then turn to off position then repeat.

Im not sure how i did it (funny how things work when you're not paying attention to how your doing it) but Im pretty sure i had the original key in the ignition and was using my spare to hit the lock button (the spare also didnt work all of the sudden) well at one point i hit the lock button on the spare and the car locked. i got out of the car with both keys and the spare now works to locking and unlocking the car. however i have not been able to get my original key to work.

idek but its all so frustrating.
