2 key fobs

I have the walk away car lock set. If one key fob is in the car and the other is in my pocket, how do I lock the doors.

Why are you leaving a fob in the car?

You can wrap the 2nd fob in tinfoil. The car will not detect it.

well, it my wife stays in the car with her fob while I step out for a while and want to lock the car for security reasons.

You can’t lock the doors with the key fob if a key fob is inside the car. You would need to take both sets of keys with you - or your wife would need to press the DOOR LOCK button.
