No. Doesn't increase HP. Best product to get to increase HP is:
HPS 27-102P Short Ram Air Intake Kit
This part took 1.4 secs off my 5-60 MPH time. Now do it in low 9secs.

Agreed, i had mine for about a year now and i love it, and i havent cleaned it uet haha, i just ordered a tanabe medallion touring exaust today so hopefully it will provide sone kind of gain and not loose hp due to a lower back pressure or something lol
