Asian vs USDM rear bumper.?
Asian vs USDM rear bumper.?
Is the Asian/Japanese GE rear bumper different than the USDM GE rear bumper? I found a nice looking piece that I would like to get if it will fit! Hell, it's cheap enough that if it doesn't fit, it could maybe be modified to fit the usdm rear bumper!
Thanks in advance!

I understand! Do you think the middle of the lower rear bumper have the same specs? The part where the little diffuser things are!
The USDM version is longer, and its diffuser looks like Spoon's and as for the front bumper, it's totally different.
Mine for example, the Asian version( or i should call it JDM?). Here, we have 2 variations..which is Jazz GE 8 type S and RS.
Type S does not come with airbag, and no paddle shift, and different bodykit.
Type RS has it all, airbags, paddle shift, sideskirts, and rear diffuser.

AJ-R is already done the USDM to JDM GE8 conversion.

I haven't had the chance to look into it further! I will be doing some research shortly! I will post what I find out! I may just order it up and see what the fitment is like!
ive had the JDM rear bumper on my GE since nov. all you had to do was remove the rear bumper and rear crash bar and you are good. but i needed the little safety so i had my fabricator cut mine down to size, weld everything back together so now i have one... i also had to cut off one of the hangers for the exhaust because its attached to the crash bar and weld it in a different stop cuz it wasn't going to give enough clearance...ill post pics on my thread soon on my JDM front and rear conversion
