Figured Out How tTo Disable The Auto Locking Feature
At least I figured out how to disable the auto locking feature so now the doors dont keep trying to relock everytime i go above 10 MPH. Still would like to figure out the real issue.
Here is the wiring and testing procedures. Have fun.
My wife's 2009 has a similar problem. One or more doors attempt to lock/unlock while the vehicle is moving or is parked. The intermittent problem is now occurring more frequently, which brings me here.
Thanks vey much for the circuit schematic and troubleshooting procedures. I'm going to re-read this thread and a couple of others before proceeding. Nothing's simple these days.
I just noticed this happening to my 2013 just the other day, weird timing...
I narrowed it down to the rear right side door not locking, so when I get above 10MPH I get the"whine" noise of trying to lock doors. I was just going to disable the autolock feature till I got down to opening up the offending door and replacing the locking mech.
Finally found the problem. Just the exact same as Mkidd3 described. It is the right rear door. Have caught in the act a few times now. If I don't get the beep on the second lock button push, I can manually lock the RR door and then it will beep and alarm. So I do have an actuator to replace.
