TPMS Module?
My resetting and unplugging of the stereo system did not turn off the TPMS light. My very last attempt at troubleshooting this problem will be unplugging my stereo, resetting the system and then trying to program it again while my stereo is unplugged. If that doesn't work than I'm going to pull the sensors and get my money back and just not use the TPMS system anymore. I'm all out of ideas.
Quick update to my issues. I replaced my rear drivers side TPMS.
Reprogrammed the car computer with the ATEQ quickset and it worked no more of any light.
I panicked a little at first because the light didn't go out after I did everything and did a little test drive.
Apparently after the install and programming the sensors need to go into sleep mode. Car off for 5 minutes then you drive it.
So the next day when driving the flashing low pressure light went out. Quick too, barely got to 20mph.
I am now a TPMS expert on gen 2...lol
Just have bad luck where I change the two front ones and a rear one dies.

Here's what i found with my TPMS 'system fault' light...the AaHA! was from a blurb in a FORD TSB.
Make sure you UNPLUG ANY add-on things such as cell phone chargers and power inverters. Their switching power supplies can interfere with the 315Mhz communication. TPMS uses the same 315Mhz receiver as the keyless entry does...the anti-theft ignition key ring at the steering column lock! Keyless works OK since the car is off when you use it.
Took me a damn YEAR and 4 sensors to fix. I'd go down the road and the fault light would come on..no real rhyme or reason to the frequency. When i read about the cell phone charger, i waited till the light came on, pulled the charger out of the cig lighter..and VIOLA! about 1 minute later, light goes out. Plugged back in and a few minutes...lights back on! Very repeatable. Seems the power supply is noisier when the phone battery is at a lower charge..thus the erratic interference.
As for the radio data line..Yes, there is a data line. It's referred to as the "K Line". As far as I know, its just a low speed data bus so the Honda Scan Tool can do its thing. No affect on anything when the radio is out...UNLESS possibly if you were to ground it or connect it to same new wire. Just left alone should be no worry. I do think it is shared with the keyless module. Other data buses are medium or high speed depending on what info is going over them and its importance. ABS to PCM would be HS because of traction control and emergency brake force features.
