No power to radio
I was fixing my vent selector switch behind dash, disconnected ground bolt to get dash/Radio panel out, I started car without ground, did I fry the radio, got no power, fuse is good

I doubt you fried the radio. The fuse for the radio is #14 under the dash. It's a 7.5 amp fuse. The ground you disconnected was probably for the radio- and maybe the ground for other circuits too. As you probably know you need power and ground for an electrical circuit to work.
Try re-connecting that ground and see if the radio comes back on. If it doesn't come on, re-check the #14 fuse with a test light on both test spots on the face of the fuse, or with a continuity tester, with the ignition in the on position.
FYI: The radio may light back up when you re-establish the ground or replace the fuse, but you're going to need to input your security code into the radio for it to actually function again.
