I've been having a ticking noise on idle the noise goes away when at higher rpm it definitely doesn't sound like lifter tick or a spun bearing any idea what it might be. I'm gonna check the exhaust heat shield later today when it's cooled off but I'm just hoping it's not something serious.

Found the source of the noise my cat has started to rust loose so no major issue thanks for the suggestion tho

 

My catalytic converter recently got a hole in it. so I changed that and the middle muffler (which had a bad looking flange). My Fit has 110k miles. Was able to reuse the oxygen sensor. Tried a cheap replacement, but it gave me a check engine light. Also it was so cheap it was very hard to remove and was falling apart only in there a week.
