Is any lowering possible with 205/50R16 on a 2009 Sport and +42 offset?

2010 Sport
16x7 48mm offset Advan RGD2
205/50 R16 Advan Neova tires
Bilstien Coil overs set at 2 finger gap
SPC camber bolts maxed out negative 1.5 degrees negative
Fronts rub under hard cornering and harsh bumps while turning. The sidewall are very square on this tire.

Did you need to cut bump stops when installing swift springs?
