Those are real numbers.. And the Dyno is a CHassis Dyno..
GO to Dynapacks website.. The Dyno hooks to the HUBs.. Not the Flywheel..
Dynapack Chassis Dynamometers

One of the members on the forum has the intake on his car..
He has the whole thing on video..

Right, which is why dynapack reads higher than mustang and dynojet which read whp. It eliminates the weight of the wheels and tires which rob some horsepower. Someone asked earlier that you said you dialed the car in to get these numbers. What else was done to the car to achieve these gains?

Actually it should be the other way around.. Those dyno's are inertia Dyno's..
When the big drum gets up to speed, it just picks up more speed..

We had to design the intake a few times because the car would bog at lower rpms.. SO we changed the tubing design/ diameter to make it flow correctly and the not let the Air FLow Sensor freak out.. Just using a 2.5" tube makes the car bog and loose power..

How long until the intake and intake manifold is released? I am interested in both.

Tagged for interest so I can follow up on this. Still finding it hard to believe this is creating almost as much horsepower as a supercharger......

^oh i was wondering if they did anything to the timing, air/fuel mix, that sorta tuning on the dyno since the gains are enormous according to the charts.

just wondering if these #s are from the intake alone or if there were other mods to the car also. if so, what mods?

Well I asked in one of the first post for more info on this and I havent seen any info on it as of yet. I asked for pics of it and nothing. If your already in the dyno stages here then you obvously post pics of the unit in question.

Then you mention a mustang would read higher lol, after 15 years of working with different dyno's I can assure you a mustang will always read lowest and those that hook directly to the hub will always give false results, not really false but much higher. LIke church's magic dyno as its called lol :P 1 car, same day, same temps, church dyno that hooks to the hokk, numbers corrected read 225whp stock s2k, 1 hour later, different mustang dyno 197whp.

regardless, there are far too many ways to geta dyno to give false results but thats up to the guys running it if they want to give the customer real numbers or inflated ones.

I hope to see more on this and in the end Ill predict a solid 3-5 accross the board which would be normal at best

Link to the Video..
Air filter is in the Front Grill.

YouTube - 09 Honda Fit Dyno w/ prototype intake
This dyno was done during R&D... 3 weekends ago..
Air flow meter was tripping out, so you can hear the dip in the rpm while running through the rpm band..

Post where Alpha Zero posted about the intake system.

Can you shed some light on the you tube video info:

"Stock pull was 106.6hp
Prototype cold air intake didn't fair as well."

Not bashing, just seems to counteract your dyno charts.

BTW your avatar was my first skateboard, way back in the day. Powell Peralta FTW.

I did read but I just dont belive the dyno. As mentioned its very easy to alter dyno results as Ive HAD TO do this b4! Oh well.

Doesn't really matter what the dyno reads as long as there's a baseline and there were no changes made to settings between the two runs. It's the % increase that really matters.

I'm also skeptical of the claimed gains, but I'll reserve from bashing or raising BS flags until I see more.

Oh, absolutly true although there are different ways to punch data into the dyno b4 a run taht will have a huge effect on the outcome, Im not saying this was done but..... (but is all Im saying) Once he sells a few we will know quickly. Im waiting for the fujita hopefully.
