windows rattle when slightly open?

i just noticed this recently (spring is here and finally drive with windows down) when i open the windows slightly (an inch or 2 down) the windows rattle whenever i go over bumps. its a very nerve racking rattle. as if its almost going to fall right down into the door or something (i've seen it happen when i worked at toyota before. Anybody else experienced this problem before? the only time i had my doors taken apart was when i had them b-quieted (dynamat knock-off).

I don't believe mine rattle like that...at least I haven't noticed it, especially as bad as your describing. Is it possible you put your doors back together wrong when you had them apart?

Mine rattle like this, too. Not really loud, but annoying.

My windows had this problem... untill I put sound deading on my front doors.. it curred 90% of the problem...

The plastic guide in the window track seems to be the problem...

ok so maybe im not the only one...unfortunately i didn't do the work on sound deadening my doors. I had a local reputable audio shop doing it. Oh well guess I'll just have to live with it then.

ive been whining about this for months.

all the windows rattle when partially down... and if i hit a bump it sounds like the window could literally dislodge.

having the windows 2/3rds down (or more) helps.

my driver's side window rattles a bit when all the way up.

it's annoying.

Same here.
With spring time and partially opened windows, I've got rattle. Was annoying, so I closed windows and turned on AC.

To Spinout: I just tried again to Rep you but was refused. The same thing happened months ago. Maybe your blacklisted? lol

+1 Passenger window was down about 1 to 2 inches and after a minute of it rattling, I closed it and turned on the vent with cool air.

Do you have any more details or pics on this? I want to fix this when I install my speakers.

Mine rattle too, but not too bad. Anybody have any luck getting help from Honda about squeeks or rattles?

Whew! I thought that it was just my car that was doing that... I do agree about after lowering it, the windows rattle more so than when at stock height
