I haven't changed my stock lightbulbs but even I can't stand the idea of non retrofitted HID's. Not having the money is no justification.

Plug & Play HIDs are dangerous as hell. I've been blinded by so many Civics and it drives me crazy. The funny thing is that these guys think they're so cool cuz they have the HIDs but all I see is a poor wannabe.
