Looking for GE8 hepa filter

I went to my local dealer to pick up a replacement incabin air filter, and was told that they didn't have them yet So, I checked local parts stores and had no luck finding any there either...I'm confused...where do I find a filter?

Your dealer should have had them in stock. If you really want to buy locally, try another dealer (call first)... If it were me, I would simply order it online for $22.50 shipped free right here : http://www.hondapartswarehouse.com/P...CId=8&PId=1872

This is about $10 cheaper (shipped) than everywhere else so I would jump on it (they are an authorized Honda parts distributor). In fact, I just did....

*Note - It appears they are using a stock photo of a cabin filter but the Honda SKU is correct, as seen on Bernardiparts.com here:

Anyone care to share where the filter is located? I've not bothered looking.

Sure:

1) Open the glove box. While holding the glove box, release the glove box stops on each side by pushing them inward, then lower the glove box.
2) Pull out the dust and pollen filter assembly from the blower unit.
3) Remove the filter from the housing, and replace the filter. Pay attention to the air flow direction arrows on the side of the filter to make sure that the filter goes back in the same way it comes out.
4) Install the filter in reverse order.
