Lightbulb 4 to 5 lug change

I want to convert the four lug pattern to a five lug pattern. I want to swap my civic rims to the fit.

Saying that will I need a five lug to a four lug conversion, or will i be able to to take the fits and put it on the civic.

ANY advice would be great. I know nothing about this area...

the Fit EV is 5 lug, wouldn't it be an easy swap if you can get a hold of the parts? I've asked this a few times and still don't know but it might be worth your time to find out.
