Ok so I've been going back and forth on rim style and color.

I'm thinking either Rota Boost, Torque or Slipstreams.

And...I'm thinking either flat black, gunmetal, or hyperblack.

I plan on eventually getting the JDP Front Lip and Wing Spoiler...and they are somewhat glossy, but I painted my rear diffuser satin black.
This is so hard.

That'll probably be it as far as exterior mods...so I want your opinion.

What size are you going for? Sticking with 16 for any of the three choices? I've always been a fan of the slips and I'd love to get a super wide set of 15x8s.

 

I like that hyper black color. Id probably go with the torque. The boost are nice too though, but the slipstreams are too common nowadays.

Ok I think slips are out...I don't like the extra holes in the lug area...makes them look cheapish.

 

One thing I like about the boost is that they come in 16x6.5 and I think that might help save my mpg.

Yeah...and I'm thinking that since the JDP lip is glossy, that maybe gunmetal would look better? I dunno...damn.

 

And the S.O. is trying to convince me to use my current tires...and so if I do that, then I only need to save like 150 more to get the rims. So that'd mean I could get them in two months instead of waiting until October. But I want to get what will work, LOL. And then in October I could use my bonus money to get the front lip and spoiler.

But I want it to flow. Don't want to get flat black if it's gonna look gay with glossy carbon fiber and glossy windows.

 

One thing to think about with the extra holes, weight savings. Even those CR Kai copies, 2 have just the 5 lug holes, but the other has extra holes.

The Hyper black or gunmetal I think would go more with the glossy carbon, but the flat would work as well. Just put the 3 colors down on a piece of paper, cut the paper into 3, toss them into a hat or whatever and then choose blindly.

 

Oh em gee...the more I look, the more I am loving boost in gunmetal. Looks black and dark in some light, looks nice and glossy in some light.

Do you guys think gunmetal would look good with the carbon fiber add ons?

But yea, either 16's or 17's and a dark color is nice. The boost are the advan rg-ii knockoffs. I still like em. I want the rg-d though.

Great thing about Rota's is that they're cheap and you can paint them right away without feeling guilty about it :P

I'd go with black Slips if I were you though. Just my opinion.
