woohoo~ noob here. I'm wondering how hard it will be to install LEDs into the GE8's speakers like the KIA soul. Just wanna add LEDs on, no swapping with new speakers or anything. is it possible, with crimps??? I think it will look pretty nice if installed... who knows.

i dislike the fact those guys get ambient temp gauge, while we have to guess how cold or hot it is by putting the hand on the window trick.

 

Buy/install a rearview mirror with ambient temp and compass readout.

It's a shame that and several other convenience/informational features were left off of the Fit... features other auto makers seem to give as standard these days.

At least the Fit isn't that expensive, and the options for adding features are there.

 

line led's around the grill. perty sure it's just tabs to pull/pry for the doors. other than that wire em like you would any other led n decide if you want it on a switch...turn on with anything or constant...yea.

 

This is what I have in my Fit down in the lower left corner of the windshield for Temps. cost me $9 at KMart and the Silver/black matches (pretty closely) the interior black dash with Silver edges of the fit along the front quarter window.


OP, on the lighting, What's your Goal, just ambient lighting, flash with the beat either, rings... ?
