recently, i bought a mugen style bumper and the fog light bulb is h3 which are only two wire there(ground and power)
any converter i can use to connect the h3 bulb with original foglight harness(h11 connector)

Mugen style bumper? Where can one purchase or look at these? I am on the verge of getting the mugen underspoiler to cover up some road rash but this may be better? As for the harness I would probably just vampire tap the stock harness and tape the heck out of it. Or you could try using some spade connectors between the two.
