Does anyone know how to program the automatic locking feature out completely?
I want to decide when I lock the doors always.

 

in your owner's manual, there is a quick guide. it lists all the possibilities available for the door locks. I never disabled them, but do have the doors lock when I hit 10mph. then they unlock when the car is in park.

 

From the OM (Pages 83-87):

To turn off the Auto Door Unlock
modes:
1. Make sure the shift lever is in the
Park (P) position (A/T vehicles).
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON
(II) position, and open the driver's
door.
3. Push and hold the rear of the
master door lock switch on the
driver's door. You will hear a click,
and after about 5 seconds, you will
hear another click.
4. Release the switch, and within 5
seconds, turn the ignition switch to
the LOCK (0) position.
