my lastest paint project...

so, after i did my grill...

i went ahead and tackled a bigger project. I totally forgot to post these pictures back then, but i figured i'd go ahead and show you how it came out, i'll write up a short little diy/how-to once i post this. i'm also still waiting on the center cap stickers to come in from decaldude (they'll be red) to finish the project.

yep, i've learned to master the rattle can. it's about patience and direction of spray.

Looks nice...bad thing about rattle can painting (at least with Duplicolor wheel paint) they will get f*cked up when you have to put new tires on the car. I did this on my CL-S back before the Fit and when I got new tires the wheel bracket they put on the rims tore the paint right off the rims. Other than that they held up great, even to rocks. Hope yours hold up well. Its def. an good option if you ever have curbed rims.

Looks really sweet. You did an awesome job. I will be putting the stockers back on for winter and I can't stand the thoughts of putting them back on. I am seriously thinking of having them powder coated in white with the H in red. It is going to be sad to take off the CF hood and black machined lip rims then going back to stock. Will have to do something to make it more interesting.

Cat x

those decals are from decal dude. i ordered them before he shipped off and he didn't get them out, then forgot about me or something, then they were returned to him... idk, it was a huge pain. i thought he might throw something in for me because of the hassle, but no such luck. i've heard very mixed reviews for him.
