I had an ex-coworker who had his passenger side wheels stolen on his '08 Fit. Seriously, what is the demand for these wheels?

I FOUND A SET OF 2006 HONDA FIT WHEELS.

Do these have TPMS sensors standard?

Are they directly compatible for the 2010 Fit Sport?

I don't think they will work...I thought 1st year for Fits in North America was '07 no? Just get your regular wheels back from insurance and put an alarm on your car that has a motion sensor. Hell I sell you my stock sport wheels if you want...lol

Steelies can look good.

I just painted one of my winter steels to see how it will look in TW. I picked up a set of old 78 Civic centre caps but they are rather used. Will use my Sport lugnuts.

BMX - where on the Island? My wife grew up in Victoria and still has relatives up island.

Do I take the insurance money and replace everything that was lost exactly as it was? If so...the thieves will probably be back next week for the brand new set.

What would you do? I'm open to suggestions.
you need to install aftermarket alarm system with tilt sensor. wheel locks is not going to deter determined theives.

if the car is just left like that with no courtesy blocks or bricks...does it damage or harm the car in any way?

Yes it can possibly harm the rotors and dust guards...depends on if the car was dragged or moved once the wheels were off. This happened to a salvage car I bought and I had to replace the rotors and 2 guards then bend the other 2 dusk guards back into shape.

the reason why is that these wheels and rims fit on older civics and tegs. These rims are also larger and wider than what came out in the old days. f u c those thieves.

In the honda tuning / import tuning world, the fit rims old and new are now replacing the SI rims of the past.
Going to car shows, you'll now see integras and civics rocking the fit rims.
Sad news to hear.
Too bad you're not closer, I have a set from my 2007 fit and my set from my 2010.

They took everything. My dealer quoted me $3200 but we would only pay $500 (for our deductible), but I didnt get stock ones, I went ahead and got the mugens. But dude I am sorry to hear that happened to you. I know the feeling, you just honestly want to grab a shotgun and hunt them down, or thats how i felt at least.

The same thing just happened to me. My Fit Sport was 1 week old! I live in a nice neighborhood. It creeps me out that people are trolling around looking for stuff to steal. It also happened to one of my dentist's patients a few days after me. I am now getting wheel locks, but after reading this thread, I'm not so sure that will even help. Any other suggestions besides actually sleeping inside the car every night!?

It's crazy what people will steal. The last new car I purchased before the Fit was a "bottom of the line" 1990 Dodge Colt. Manual trans, hand cranked windows, no optional trim, not even AC. Cost me only $6500 for a brand new car. One day theives broke the passenger door window, tore apart the dash, and stole.... the factory AM/FM radio. It didn't even have a tape player! Big mess and expense, and I had liability insurance only.
