Sister in law thought my car was a hybrid...until she actually road in it..then she thought it was a race car

My buddy gets the GE8's and the EP3's mixed up all the time. I wish our car's had 160hp.

my friend pointed at a toyota prius and thought it was my car. he never does pay attention to detail, and can't tell the difference between a honda, toyota and a hyundai.

Well, I guess that depends on what you consider rotor hubs.

The only thing I see painted black on my SSM is what I consider the rear drums.

The part that I consider "rotor hubs" are literally the middle section of the front rotors (part the wheels are bolted to), are gray.

I have been told that it looks like "one of dem fancy hybird city cars". LOL.

Most of the time, people tell me they love how it looks, and what type is it, what's the mpg, blah blah. I think the Fit is a beautiful car.

My mistakes

Before I got my Fit when I was driving looking from a distance I have mistaken both the Suzuki SX4 and Chevy Aveo for Fits.

Oh yeah & on a speeding ticket I received , the box passenger car was NOT checked , but "Other vehicle" was

There was a thread going around a while back looking for suggestions to keep the OP's Fit from being stolen.

I think my idea of putting Chevy Aveo emblems on it is still the most economical and effective.

I can definitely see the similarities between the fit and an EP3. That was one of the reasons I went to the Fit after my 04 EP3 crapped out on me.

The Mercedes Benz A Class does look similar ... from far away. We do have them here. Very expensive cars, and the interior room is quite tiny.

My mom sees a red car and will say "it looks just like yours"

I bought an air conditioner a few months ago and the impressed kid that was helping load it in asked me if it was a Hybrid.

I told him yes...Honda's new Batteryless Hybrid.
