Groovy Brakes!

I have a groove in my driver side front rotor. I noticed it a couple months ago. I made sure it wasn't getting any bigger and it's not. I figured a pebble or something got stuck in there. I checked my pads and everything is still good. My passenger side is still smooth.

Anybody else have this issue?
I'm not too worried about it. My braking hasn't suffered any, plus when I need new pads I'm upgrading my pads to green stuff & slotted rotors anyways.
Just curious to see if this is common with any other Fits.

Yeah, looks like something got stuck in there. I wouldn't worry about it, at least not until I see cracks starting to form from the groove outward. If you don't track or autox your car, I doubt you'll stress out the stock rotor. If the braking is still smooth then there's no real reason to throw away a rotor.

Just keep an eye on it once in a while.
