didn't have them at my dealership. they seemed pretty clueless about these chrome pilot bulbs. sooo.. went looking for them on ebay.

presto.

not AS bright at stock turn signal bulbs, but when they're off/parked/driving, gets the amber "yolk" look out of the turn sig bulbs! looks like an extra set of headlights.

I'm with you...now if I could just get that amber reflector out w/o taking apart the whole front end and throwing the headlights in the oven...

i should've looked here for you guys earlier before spending money on those bulbs.

you can get some enamel spray paint and spray over the stock amber bulbs and get the same effect. it will appear clear when unlit, and will lit amber. try it.
clean the bulb with alcohol. mask off the electric contact area. hit it with 3 light coats. let dry 15min-1hr depending on the paint and thickness you used. done.

if you're worried about heat use Duplicolor Engine Enamel paint, but this paint costs considerably more than regular enamel paint you can buy at like hobby shops.

Anyone used LED for the Front Turn Signals? I'm looking to get the same clean look but using LED's.

Nevermind, I've ordered front turn signals and parking lights from autoillumination.com. Will post here my experience with them.
