I think you are being ripped off... after taxes and other fees, that's more like the price of the Sport (non-navi) trim.

How rare is the Fit in your area? They would have to be exremely rare to demand that price for a Base trim... unless you are getting a Sport and just made a mistake identifying it.

 

well, there was only two in my area and they come in every 3 weeks. The sales rep claimed that they're not even suppose to have the 2012 models until August.

Thanks for posting that! I try to point as many people as I can in the right direction. If you were in my area I would even go with you for the negotiations.

It is not hard to not pay too much, most people just do not do it enough.
