My 2012 Fit was totaled this morning.
I didn't keep going at 60mph. Don't put words in my mouth, please.
Probably so!
Sorry to hear about this, but like everyone said, see a doctor ASAP. Jamy already covered the adrenaline fading away so take some aspiring to get ahead of the pain.
Still boss though to be able to eat breakfast after wrecking the car. I would've started to reminisce right away..

Rereading it, it says neither I did or did not, so I can understand the misinterpretation. The point of where she began to inch forward and indeed froze in my path of direction I did indeed apply the brakes.
Damn, sorry to hear about that man. I know I'm just repeating what everyone else has said, but definately get yourself checked out. I felt decent the day of my accident, and horrid the day after. Sad to see what happened to the new Fit, especially since it's only a couple months old. Glad to hear you decided to avoid her instead, much better that you saved another person's life over a car.
X2!
Sucks to see this man. I saw The title when I was heading to work this morning.didnt realize it was yours! You've been working your ass off on this one. Hope you don't give up on it (well, on the new one I guess now)

Yay for loads of shit.
The lady was NOT blinded. This type of bull happens because they simply aren't being attentive. She didn't see the Fit. Chose to come out, and when she finally realized a car was rapidly coming upon her... she decided to stop and wait for impact (unfortunately, that's the typical panic reaction).
IF the headlights were "blinding," wouldn't the reasonable thing be to... not to pull out into the crossroad in the first place?!?

You're kidding right? Blinded her with professionally retrofitted FX-R 3.0 projectors? There's so much fail in that statement that the face-palm is implied...
