remove bumper for windshield washer tank?

Do I need to remove the bumper to access the tank? There is a leak somewhere. Found a hose that looks to be detached - tried to "feel" around the tank to see if I can find where this hose attaches to, but no luck. Do I need to take off the front bumper or can I remove the splash guard underneath the car?

Looking at Bernardi Honda Fit Parts - Bernardi Honda Parts and Accessories

(go to Electrical Tab and Windshield Washer)

It looks like perhaps it's in the front. If you can't get in there, a bumper removal may be in order or at least drop wheel well liner and get in there.

Let me know if I can help more.

These are the best pictures I have of the Fit with the bumper removed.

I removed it to install the gutter guard to protect the condensor.

I hope it helps some.

Is it a GD or GE?

Regardless, Yes. Removing the bumper is really easy though. Trying to "sneak" it out the wheel well you would have to remove the wheel and fight it, its more work and aggravation.

GE see page 3:

GD:
