Anyone recommend a backup camera?

Well, the actual install of this was a disaster, sort of. I took the unit to Car Toys, which is a national chain of automotive audio installation equipment. The tech did everything right (according to him), but the unit only worked slightly at first, then not at all. Talk about having that awful feeling in your stomach! To make a long story short, I removed the Navtool ribbon, got a total refund (plus my $100 install fee to Car Toys) from Navtool, and put my original unit back together. Meanwhile, I still wanted the ability to incorporate a backup camera into my nav system, plus have the ability to watch DVD's. So I bought an Alpine INE-Z928HD unit for my Fit from Crutchfield. What a stereo! I love it, and the whole thing worked out for the best, in the long run. It Bluetooths with my iPhone for music and phone, plays DVD movies on an 8" screen, has my wanted backup camera, and has a far superior navigation system built into it. I'll never again try to modify an existing unit, but if you've got the money, this is worth it!

Even if not needed, it helps. I have kids who like to hide behind the car.
