Is it Safe to park your fit outside?
My Fit is garaged everytime I come home. My old Ranger had the window vints stolen and 1300.00 worth of damage done when it was hit and ran on sitting in front of my house.
Two days after thanksgiving someone took my wheels. I live in Massachussets, out of Boston in a "good" neighborhood. Everybody was chock about this, so right now, I don't trust any city, town etc..
Right now I'm trying to find out if I can put a Tilt Sensor to the Fit Sport OEM Alarm.

Any car is not safe anywhere if someone wants it. The casual thief can be discouraged by measures already mentioned. Most insurance will cover for material loss but I know, the feeling of being violated/invaded/intruded upon lasts a bit longer. Sadly, no insurance can cover that.
However, one cannot be obsessed with life evolving around fear or "what ifs". It's a conscious choice.
Just waking up in the morning is a good thing!
Just my take...
