I feel you anxiousness
so far so good for me, my EMS tracking now states that it left Japan.

I almost just went through auto-style, but after shipping it was $200 more than going the Tenso route. My only concern so far is the seller on Amazon... They don't ship internationally, but since it's going to Tenso, all *should* be good. But now the wait begins

I have to say, it was really tempting solely for the convenience of not having to deal with translation and whatnot.
It looks exactly like that, I followed each step that Tenso had available haha. Took e about three hours in total to make sure everything was right and I didn't screw up anywhere along the process. I'm just a bit nervous cuz everyone went through Rakuten and I'm trying it out through Amazon, but we'll see how it all goes! Mugen goodness will all be worth it in the end

did another order from a seller that ships internationally, you will have to wait for the seller to email you the shipping cost. Got the email and I need to bank transfer the entire cost (item+s/h), with that... my credit card purchase is canceled so I can do the transfer. The big con... the bank infos for the transfer is so damn confusing now I'll just let it sit until it will be totally cancelled, 10 days no payment sent will cancel my transaction. Should have gone thru tenso on this one

my advise... just use tenso forwarding.

here's the google translate (I "x" out some numbers)

■ ■ choose prepay customers

[Post Bank]

Number 3314xxx

Yabutakyou name

[Rakuten Bank

Samba branch

Normal 4287xxx

[Bank] Japan Net Bank

oh man is someone buying the mugen lip????? awesome and let me us know about the fit!

autostyle is hella expensive from their USA website especially with the shipping. shipping going thru tenso is much cheaper.

also rakuten international shipping is more expensive. not all rakuten vendors sell internationally, but if they do and they find out your in the US, they can arbitrarily charge you their own shipping fee. at least with tenso, you kinda know that you will be paying a flat rate depending on weight and size of the package.

I ordered a rear 3d emblem sticker from rakuten and I paid as much as the item itself to ship it, when it weighs less than 5 ounces.

That's exactly why I didn't go through the Rakuten vendor. I didn't feel comfortable with the whole bank transfer idea, let alone trying to figure out how to do so. Amazon.co.jp has just about the same market as Rakuten and is just as, if not simpler, to use.

Unfortunately not the lip quite yet. I'm just doing the grille for now, I went lower again and I don't want to have an $800 lip getting scraped everywhere.

Update on my order- the vendor from Amazon emailed me to confirm what Fit I owned to be sure it actually fit the Fit (lol). Later received a confirmation email with about a 1-2 week delivery time to Tenso, so we'll see from there

Yup, there's still a vent for the intake mounted behind it. The grille itself is actually two pieces, the actual silver face plate is attached separately. You also have to drill 4 holes into the bumper, so if you were to ever take it off (but, why would you) the holes are visible with the stock grille on.

are these holes necessary? are they behind the grill so u can see thru the oem grill? hopefully its not in front of it.

Yeah, they definitely are. The grill only uses the two clips on the side of the bumper to hold it on besides the 4 holes you have to drill. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to see them with the OEM grill on, but I'm not 100% certain.
