I have some TR MotorSports 16x7 c1 rims with 42mm offset. They weigh 15.2 lbs. They have 2012 honda tpms compatible sensors and Continental DWS 205/55R16 tires on them with about 15-17K of tread used. New without shipping they were $1096.

The only problem I have with them is too much traction. When going out to lunch last week we had 3 in the car - 1 in the passenger seat and one in the back seat behind the driver. I took a left hand dedicated U-Turn lane a little fast, and heard a sound - Just slightly longer than the sound of snapping your fingers.

I looked around a bit later and had to ask the rear seat passenger who was now seated behind the passenger, "Is that where you started out?"

The main reason I bought 16 inch rims is for the wet traction of the DWS tires. They were not available in 15. There is a 65 series tire available in 15 that looks good in that department. So that is likely my next direction for tires.
