I had a loaner for a 13 civic and it was much faster which was nice and the fuel mileage seemed better. i like the fit's looks better. i have 3 kids i can pac into the fit when im not driving the 1g odyssey. civic appeared to have way more room for the kids but again i went with looks.

I've always thought the Civic was a good looking car but apparently there is something about the '12's that people don't like. What is it?

A total hijack here, but would you recommend a Fit or Civic for two kids in car seats?

Might as well be a Camry?

The Civic is not really any faster than the Fit.

Points I came up with are:
- Fit might be more fun
- Civic gets slightly better mileage
- Civic might have a slightly better resale
- Civic seems to be a little more "up-scale"
- Fit has more storage.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
All good points. Now it's up to you to decide what's important to YOU! And yes, I'm happy with my Fit decision. Then again it's not my first nor only car. The versatile seating config/cargo space sold me aside from good gas mileage, size and fun-to-drive (for it's class) factor.

Right on! Keep that odometer turning, that heart pumpin' and foot on the gas! Just keep an eye on those blue balls...
